Welcome to ArtistRound. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our network website, digital commerce infrastructure portals, and platform onboarding systems. By browsing our portal or submitting an application for consideration, you agree to comply with and be bound by these legal Terms.

1. Platform Scope & Purpose

ArtistRound provides high-performance, exclusive commerce infrastructure designed solely for professional artists, entertainers, and their verified representation teams. Our services facilitate the coordination of global merchandise lines, premium fan-access portals, ticketing systems, and philanthropic giving structures. The portal is operated strictly for institutional-tier, business-to-business commerce enablement.

2. Onboarding Inquiries & Vetting

Access to active digital commerce tools is strictly limited via a selective vetting process. By submitting an inquiry for consideration:

• You warrant that you are an authorized representative of the talent (such as a talent manager, agent, record label officer, or legal counsel) and possess the authority to submit credentials.
• You agree that ArtistRound maintains absolute discretion concerning the review, vetting, and acceptance of talent onto the onboarding roster, and reserves the right to reject submissions without cause.
• You confirm that all submitted contact coordinates, representation affiliations, and talent designations are accurate and truthful.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All structural software frameworks, graphic layouts, brand wordmarks, text assets, custom CSS styling engines, and interactive scripts on this portal are the exclusive intellectual property of ArtistRound or its technology partners, protected by global copyright and trademark laws. Under no circumstances may you copy, scrape, modify, or reverse-engineer the codebase or layout without explicit prior written authorization.

All artist-specific assets (including logos, portraits, merchandise designs, and discography catalogs) remain the absolute property of their respective artists, labels, and estate administrators.

4. Prohibited System Interactions

As a condition of accessing our portal, you agree that you will not:

• Deploy automated indexing scrapers, parsing crawlers, or extraction tools against our network pathways.
• Attempt to breach local firewall thresholds, probe server ports, or execute load-straining denial-of-service processes.
• Falsely represent representation authority, submit malicious text files, or input fraudulent emails in our application inquiry gateways.

5. Limitation of System Liability

Our network portals and associated infrastructure are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without guarantees of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain 24/7/365 uptime and clean database security, ArtistRound does not warrant that server files are completely error-free or that platforms will remain entirely uninterrupted. Under no legal circumstances shall ArtistRound or its tech teams be held liable for administrative losses, technical downtime, or data transmission failures.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ArtistRound, its officers, developers, and platform affiliates from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal costs arising directly from your violation of these Terms or your unauthorized use of the platform's digital pathways.

7. Legal Governance and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and all disputes arising from platform access, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the corporate headquarters of ArtistRound. Any formal legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts of the corresponding local district.
